These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and yes365 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the yes365 website located at https://yes365.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality provided thereon.

yes365 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform offers live casino games, sports betting, slot games, lottery products, and related entertainment services. By creating an account, making deposit, or placing a bet on yes365, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must cease using yes365 immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on yes365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and registered on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing yes365 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of any such person, of yes365 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not already hold an existing yes365 account. Only one account person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended, and associated bonus funds will be forfeited.

yes365 reserves the right to request proof of identity, address, and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access betting and gaming services on yes365, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is entitled to maintain only one yes365 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds bonuses held therein.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. yes365 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless you have previously notified us of a security breach in writing.

4.3 Account Currency. All yes365 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion services, where applicable, may be provided at then-current exchange rate plus applicable processing fees.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. yes365 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity maintenance fee from the balance of inactive accounts after due written notice to the registered email address.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. yes365 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The availability of individual payment methods may vary based on your bank or e-wallet provider's current policies.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier — members are advised to consult the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits applicable to their account level.

5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to your yes365 wallet within minutes of successful bank authorisation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions, subject to security review and applicable payment processor timelines.

5.4 Payment Source Restriction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. yes365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise approved in writing by the yes365 Finance team.

5.5 Transaction Fees. yes365 does not charge deposit fees on most standard payment methods. However, certain cryptocurrency networks may apply gas or network fees that are outside yes365's control. yes365 reserves the right to introduce or modify transaction fees upon14 days' written notice.

yes365 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available only to eligible members who meet the stated requirements at the time the bonus is claimed. yes365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). This multiplier must be fully met before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. As an illustrative example: a 10x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus requires total bets of RM 1,000 before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for cashout.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While a bonus is active in your account, individual bets may not exceed RM 25 per round or bet event unless specifically stated otherwise. Bets exceding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on odds and event type. Full contribution rates are detailed in the Promotions section of the Platform.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Any unclaimed wagering requirement or unused bonus balance after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

6.6 Abuse of Promotions. yes365 employs automated and manual systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts, and systematic withdrawal of bonus funds before full wagering clearance. Any member found to be abusing promotions may have their bonus voided, account suspended, and all associated winings forfeited.

By using yes365, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results in live dealer, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using yes365 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with yes365 staff or other users through any support channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately; any winings derived from a confirmed technical error are void.

All content displayed on the yes365 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, game interfaces, written content, database structure, source code, and any proprietary software — is the exclusive intellectual property of yes365 and its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from yes365 without prior written permission.

yes365 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by yes365 includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, national identification number (MyKad / Passport), residential address, email address, telephone number, banking and payment information, gameplay history, and communication logs with our support team.

yes365 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and where legally compelled by applicable regulation or court order.

yes365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

10.1 Player Protection Tools. All yes365 members have access to the following responsible gambling tools at no charge through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. When the limit is reached, further bets are prevented until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gameplay session. An alert will be displayed when the session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10.2 Minor Protection. yes365 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under 21 years of age. We actively encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling-related content.

yes365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Engaging in any activity that yes365 reasonably suspects to constitute cheating, fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Requests from competent regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authorities.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other members.

Where an account is terminated due to Member breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established after investigation, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team via live chat or email. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

yes365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. yes365 will use reasonable commercial endeavours to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game results, odds calculation, or payment processing, yes365 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. Winings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are void and will not be paid.

Our total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, including but not limited to contract, tort, or statutory claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which yes365 holds its operating licence. Members accessing the Platform from Malaysia are subject to Malaysian consumer protection legislation to the extent applicable.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and yes365, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through yes365's internal dispute resolution process. Members may raise a formal dispute by contacting our customer support team in writing, providing a clear description of the issue and the resolution sought. yes365 undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal mechanisms within 30 days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process or such other mediation body as may be specified in the applicable licence terms.

yes365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, yes365 will notify registered Members by email to the address held on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the yes365 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes. Closure under such circumstances will be treated as a voluntary account closure and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

The version date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates the date on which the current version came into effect. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting our support team.
